Will I work with the same physical therapist each visit?
Yes, your appointments will be scheduled with the same physical therapist that performs your evaluation. This ensures continuity of care and personalized rehabilitation program as well as a faster recovery.
What do I need to bring with me for my first visit?
A prescription from your doctor, any relevant insurance information, and clothes that will allow access to the affected area.
